Meet Marcus

As a music educator, you hope that your students care as much about learning music as you do.

Ever so often, you come across a student who not only takes practicing seriously—they play music with the same level of drive and commitment, too!

Marcus started at age 7 and is currently 10 years old. He’s a hard-working, music-loving, stand-out student with a voracious appetite for learning new pieces.

He pours his heart into every practice session, embracing each new challenge with enthusiasm.

Marcus’ love for performing shines through whenever he shares his gift of music, bringing joy and energy to every piece he plays.

He recently played at the Clayton Recreation Center for a fun, Star Wars themed, "May the Fourth Be with You" event.

He’s currently preparing for his level 2 Royal Conservatory Exam.
